Shipping policy
When Can You Expect Your Package?
We aim to ship every order placed before 3:00 PM the same day, so it will arrive the next day.
The exception to this rule is for items ordered during the weekend.
When Can You Expect Your Digital Order?
You will receive your digital order immediately after checkout via the email address you provided.
When Can You Expect Your Subscription Delivery?
We send out subscription products on the first day of each month. Our goal is for them to arrive in your mailbox on the second day of the month.
However, if these dates fall on a weekend, the shipment will take place on the next business day.
Return Period
From the moment you receive your order, you have 30 days to register your return via our return portal. After registering, you have 14 days to ship the item back.
Did you purchase a subscription? In that case, the return period starts from the date of purchase. After subscribing, you have 14 days to change your mind.
What You Can Return
Within the return period, you may reasonably try out the product to see if it functions properly and if you're happy with it.
You can return the item free of charge. However, you may not use the product fully if you're still unsure whether you'll keep it.
Package Your Return Securely
Preferably in the original packaging you received.
