Return Period

From the moment you receive your order, you have 30 days to register your return via the return portal. After registering your return, you have 14 days to send it back.
Did you subscribe to a service? In that case, the return period starts from the moment you subscribed. After subscribing, you have 14 days to change your mind.

What You Can Return

Within the return period, you may reasonably try out your ordered item to see if it works properly and if you're happy with it.
You may return the item free of charge. However, you may not fully use the item if you’re still unsure whether you’ll keep it.

Pack Your Item Securely
Preferably in the original packaging you received it in.

Items You Cannot Return

• Gift cards and vouchers

• Digital products (Short stories)

• Products received through our subscription service

Received a Damaged or Defective Item?
Please report your item in our return portal within the return period.
